Three Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Teams Win National Eleven March Statistics Fair 2020

Bandarlampung, Teknokratnews – An exhilarating achievement was made by students of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia as one of the Best Private Universities in Lampung. In the Sebelas Maret 2020 National Statistics Fair event organized by Sebelas Maret University (UNS), three teams from the Indonesian Technocrat University won three championships at once. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place won by the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Team in the field of Statistics Infographic Competition.

The success of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Team was extraordinary, because this national level competition was attended by 32 teams and 10 Provinces and three teams from the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia won the championship.

Three teams from the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia who won the championship included:
1st Winner, Team Soul Math (S1 Mathematics Education Study Program) – Advisor: Sugama Maskar, M.P.Mat. students consist of, Arieska Efendi (Class 2018), Yuli Santika (Class 2019).

2nd winner, Muli Lampung Team (S1 Mathematics Education Study Program – Advisor: Nicky Dwi. P., M.Pd. Students: Tri Herlina (Class 2019), and Ni Made Sukarani (Class 2019).

3rd place, Next Innovation Team (S1 Mathematics Education Study Program – Advisor: Nicky Dwi. P., M.Pd, students: Intan Mauliya (Class 2019), and Putri M. Asmara (Class 2019).

In the top 10 round, the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia team defeated several universities including: Dipenogoro University, Indonesian Islamic University (3 teams), Bandung Islamic University, Sepuluh November Institute of Technology, and Muhammadiyah Statistics Academy Semarang.

Vice Rector I of the Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia Dr. H. Mahathir Muhamnad, SE, MM, was grateful that several national competitions that were participated by Indonesian Technocrat University students won. The campus always provides support to students who take part in activities or competitions both at regional and national levels. “I congratulate students who have made achievements and do not be satisfied to continue to achieve achievements. For students who have not made any achievements, they should be even more active in studying, “said Mahathir.

According to Mahathir Muhammad, students in addition to being disciplined in attending lectures on campus, they also need to be encouraged to take part in activities outside of campus. The goal is to see and measure the abilities and strengths of other people in other campuses. In addition, it is also a provision for students to enter the world of work.
